Pulau Segantang is one of the islands in Kuala Kedah Marine Park. It’s located 13km west of Pulau Payar. The two twin rocks outcrop go down 20m deep to a sandy bottom. At 15m deep, divers can find beautiful hard coral and sea fans on the rocky slope, a spot for nurse sharks, barracudas, lobsters, moray eels as well as schooling jacks. Pulau Segantang offer better visibility compares to Pulau Langkawi and Pulau Payar, make it a top choice for scuba divers. The details of project: Ghost Net Fishing-Project Aware Pulau Segantang 2016 are organized to collect a huge amount of fishing net that was found sunk in Pulau Segantang coral reef. As a committed scuba diver, persevering marine life is mandatory for future generation. With this social responsibility, Seamonkey Dive Center, together with Sea Shepherd and Project Aware are working hand by hand to clean up Pulau Segantang coral-reef.
